We would like to invite you to join a panel to test the new MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard. Your feedback will help ensure the dashboard is working effectively for users.
Who is doing the testing?
The MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard is delivered by the
Money and Pensions Service (MaPS).
This testing is being carried out by MaPS pensions dashboard team members.
What do you need to do?
Complete the questionnaire
The questionnaire includes some questions asking about:
- contact information
- accessibility needs
- pension scheme details
Why do we ask for this information?
- to contact you to take part in the testing
- to ensure the service works for everyone, whatever your needs or background
What happens after you sign up?
- You’ll be invited to a testing session based on your questionnaire responses
- Participation is voluntary, and you won’t be invited more than once every 8 weeks
Invitations will include:
- information required to join and take part in the testing which will be remote
- session length (30-60 minutes)
- what’s being tested.
Accessibility needs
If you have any accessibility needs, such as requiring a screen reader or extra time, please email
researchpanel@maps.org.uk as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments.
Observers
Members of our research, technology, testing or design teams may observe the session. They will not interact with you but will focus on notetaking and learning from how you use the service. This will be limited to no more than 3 observers per session.
