Take part in research to improve public sector services
Digital Public Services Wales (DPSW) needs your help to improve websites and services for organisations in the Welsh public sector.
We help to design services by conducting research with the people who need to use them, to make sure they are accessible and inclusive for everyone.
To do this we need people to join our research panel.
Join the research panel
Our research panel lets us contact people quickly and easily for research studies and lets you have a say in how public services are designed in Wales.
Eligibility
To sign up to the research panel and help, you must:
- be 18 years or older
- live, work or regularly use public services in Wales
- be prepared to take part in research with us
You don’t need to be good with computers or the internet to join.
Information about you
We ask for your demographic information (such as your age, race or religion) to help us to make our research inclusive. You do not have to give us this information if you don't want to.
Taking part
Once you've signed up, we will invite you to research studies which are relevant to you. You can always say no to an invite and you can unsubscribe at any time.
If you choose to take part in a research study, our researchers will explain the details of any research beforehand and collect your consent before you agree to take part.
What you’ll do
You might be asked to:
- take part in an interview
- show us how you use a particular part of a website
- test and give feedback on a new design or idea
