GDS is doing user research with public sector organisations to understand how staff and partners sign in to the digital systems they use for work.
We want to speak to people who do the hands‑on technical work to set up and run sign‑in for their organisation. For example, configuring Microsoft Entra ID / Google Workspace sign‑in for different systems, or managing setups where each system has its own login.
