Thank you for your interest in helping us with our research.
The Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) supports public services in Wales to create and deliver user-focused services that meet the Digital Service Standard.
We’re doing research to understand what the public sector in Wales knows about Service assessments and how we may best develop these to support the public sector in Wales.
Your insights will help us identify ways we can support organisations to understand and assess the core skills and capabilities they need to build better public services.
How we use your information
By completing this short survey (which will take no more than 5 minutes), you are agreeing to be contacted by CDPS about taking part in research on this topic. Completing this survey does not guarantee you’ll be invited to take part in the research, but if you are a good fit based on your responses, we will reach out to you by email to arrange a session.
We may ask for certain information about your age, gender, ethnicity, or disabilities to ensure we are gathering feedback from an inclusive and diverse group of participants, and to make sure our research sessions are accessible. You do not have to provide this information if you prefer not to.
Taking part in research is entirely voluntary, and you can opt out at any time.
We will not share your contact information with third parties or use it for marketing purposes.
If you have any questions or would like us to remove your details, please contact us at user.research@digitalpublicservices.gov.wales.
